Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Consensable.com (the "Service"), operated by WooSee Limited ("we", "us", "our").

1. The Service

Consensable is a multi-AI synthesis engine that submits your question to multiple large language models, orchestrates a structured debate between them, and synthesises a consolidated answer with confidence scores.

The Service relies on third-party AI models operated by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Meta, xAI, Mistral, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, accessed via OpenRouter. We do not control these models and cannot guarantee their outputs.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or harassing;
• submit questions designed to extract harmful, dangerous, or illegal information from AI models;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits;
• use the Service for any commercial redistribution without our written consent;
• submit personally identifiable information about third parties without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

The outputs generated by Consensable are produced by AI models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. AI outputs are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You should independently verify any information before acting on it.

Confidence scores reflect model agreement, not factual accuracy. A 100% confidence score means the AI models agreed — it does not guarantee the answer is correct.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the questions you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your questions through the Service. The outputs generated are provided for your personal use; any AI-generated content is subject to the terms of the respective AI providers.

The Consensable brand, interface, and synthesis methodology are owned by WooSee Limited.

6. Pricing and Payment

Details of any applicable fees are displayed within the Service. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WooSee Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons with or without notice.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 7, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
